Leave the handset on hook, press intercom 6 5 2, then enter the time of a 24 hour clock (military time clock), entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds – enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered, press Redial, press Speaker. This must be done at extension 10 – usually the receptionist phone. For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker.

To change Date (Must be done at extension 200):
– Press #651
– Enter date in format YYMMDD (YY=year, MM=month, DD=day)
– Press #
– Press Spkr

– Press 400 (wait for answer)
– Press * 9 9 9
– Enter password 9 9 7 #
– Press 8 for System Administration
– Press 6 to set System Time & Date
– Press 2 to Set Time
– Enter Time (in military time/24 hour clock – hour & minutes)
– Follow prompts to save

FROM ANY PHONE:
– Press 400 to get into voicemail
– Once answered, press * # 100, then password: 0000
– Press # (for Admin options)
– Press 7 (to change date & time)

Go to the receptionist phone. Do not pick up the handset. Press # 1 8 8, enter the time using 2 digits for the hour and 2 digits for the minutes. Press 2 if it is A.M., press 7 if it is P.M., press # 1 1 – hear activation tone.

MONTH: Press CHG..until proper month appears. Press NEXT
DAY: Press CHG, type date (01-31). Press SAVE, press NEXT
WEEKDAY: Press CHG until desired day apprears. Press NEXT
HOUR: Press CHG, type XX hr. Press SAVE, press NEXT
MINUTES: Press CHG..type XX minutes. Press SAVE, press NEXT
HANGUP.

TELRAD DIGITAL
You must go to the receptionist phone. Do not pick up the handset. On the receptionist display, press Feat, Program, then press the time button, then enter the time using a 24 hour military clock, you must then enter 2 digits for the date, 2 digits for the month, and 2 digits for the year, press save, then speaker. If your phone does not have a speaker button, press release.

TELRAD 816 or 2464
You must go to EXT 20 – usually the receptionist phone. Press SPKR # time button, enter the date – using 2 digits for the month and 2 digits for the day, enter 4 digits for the time using a 24 hour clock, press the time button, press Speaker.
For example, if the date is April 28th and the time is 2:15 P.M., press Speaker, # time button 0 4 2 8 1 4 1 5, the time button, Speaker.

PROSTAR
Leave the handset on hook, press # 0 4 4321 1 #. Press # 5 5 enter 2 digits for the year, 2 digits for the month, 2 digits for the day, enter 1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday etc., enter 2 digits for the hour and 2 digits for the minute (using a military 24 hour clock) press #.

AVAYA/LUCENT/PARTNER/AT&T
1. At station/ext. # 10, press feature, 0, 0
2. Press the left intercom 2 times
3. Enter # 103
4. Enter the correct time in 24 hr. format, for example,
to set the time for 09:00 A.M., enter 0900
to set the time for 04:45 P.M., enter 1645
5. Press feature, 0,0

AVAYA IP Office 500
The Avaya Office 500 System automatically changes the time from the caller ID information. If the system is connected to a network it would get the time from the server.

ALL MERLIN LEGEND/MERLIN MAGIX SYSTEMS
The time and date is a system feature rather than an individual telephone feature. To change the date in the Legend Magix system, from the System Programming console:
1. Press Menu
2. Press System Program
3. Press Exit or Start
4. Press System
5. Press Date. Enter in the following format: mmddyy (where MM is the month,
DD is the day, and YY is the year)
6. Press Enter
7. Press Exit or Back
8. Press Home or Exit to exit programming mode

GCC VOICEMAIL
1. Access Voice Mail
2. When Answers press * 999 #
3. Enter Security code 999 #
4. From the Menu
5. Press 8 8 3
6. Enter the date (2 digits for month, 2 digits for day, 2 digits for year) press #
7. Enter the Time (2 digits for hour & 2 digits for minutes) press #
8. Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM
