Whether you require help-desk support or a technician to come to your site, General Communications is a ready, willing and able partner. We offer customers who are on any of our maintenance plans to take advantage of our lowest-cost hourly bill per call pricing.
If you are not covered under a maintenance or managed services agreement, our work will be billed as time and materials. We guarantee all our workmanship for one year. Please call us for rates on your specific needs.
